BOSQUE PRESS EDITORS
Lynn C. Miller, Hilda Raz, and Lynda Miller
Lynn C. Miller, Lynda Miller, and Hilda Raz are the publishers of Bosque Press, which offers occasional publications such as ABQ inPrint and a limited selection of books authored by members of the Bosque Press community. Our aim as publishers is to offer an outlet for creative writing and visual art with a national scope and southwestern flavor. Our name, Bosque Press, refers to the great forests of cottonwood gracing the Rio Grande River. We are based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Bosque Press grew out of the ABQ Writers Co-op, founded in 2010 by Lynn C. Miller and Lisa Lenard-Cook to promote community for New Mexico writers. ABQ Writers Co-op originally published bosque, a literary journal with a national and international scope, with Hilda Raz joining as Poetry Editor in 2012.
Beginning with the first issue, Lynda acted as Managing Editor and Art Director and began incorporating the visual arts into the journal. In 2016, Lynn and Lynda formed Bosque Press to publish the first issue of ABQ inPrint and subsequent issues of bosque, which they published through 2019.
In 2020, when Covid became a pandemic, Lynn and Lynda made the diffificult decision to terminate the publication of bosque and instead focus on ABQ inPrint and occasional book projects. Hilda continues as our Poetry Editor, as well as our in-house expert on the publishing business.
Lynn’s most recent book, The Lost Archive, is available here, and Hilda’s most recent book, Letter from a Place I’ve Never Been, is available here. Lynda’s book, More Horses Than Cars, can be found using the “Books” link above.
bosque, the literary journal we published from 2011 through 2019, is on hiatus.
